The British Compressed Gas Association, recommended Code of Practice, states that all Oxy-Fuel Gas equipment and manifolds system should be inspected, by a competent person, at least annually.

It also states that control equipment, i.e. Regulators, Torches, Flash Back Arrestors etc, should be replaced on a minimum 5 year cycle.[for this purpose certain items are date stamped when manufactured]
